Advocare For Triathletes

Triathlete Shanna Tokarsky

Shanna Tokarsky, South Carolina

BTW here's the before and after pictures with the Breakdown of my times from both Triathlons. Spark only on the first race, the entire Performance Elite line on the second. Same training to prepare! Moved from 93rd place overall to 24th! That doesn't happen with training alone in 2 months! The proof is in the results! AdvoCare gives you the edge you need to win!

TESTIMONIALS:

Carlos Rios ROCKS Tour DaVita

We'll take away the weather (rain and temps in the low to mid 50s, wind gusts to 20 mph) and it was one of the best experiences I have had. Having said that, I know I couldn’t have made it without some Advocare product, which by the way I take religiously.

Before Riding
– 1 serving of Muscle Gain Vanilla
1 Apple Cinnamon Breakfast bar
3 Muscle Strength Tablets
2 O2Gold Tablets
3 Catalyst Tablets

During The Ride
- Argenine Extreme mixed with Rehydrate ß this combination is in one word described as WOW!
- 3 Catalyst Tablets

After The Ride
- 1 Serving of Post Recovery
- 1 Serving of Muscle Gain Vanilla

240 miles … if time was kept like they do during le Tour de France, I would have finished 1 hour 27 minutes before anyone else. The last day included a 20 mile climb that started mile 57. The last 4 miles we kicked it up to 23 mph. 8 people finished in front of me. The ride started Sunday in Tacoma, Washington and finished Tuesday in Shelton, Washington. I flew back on Wednesday and Sunday of that week, I rode in the Ride4Ronald Metric Century (62 miles).

Heidi Fleming rocks Augusta 70.3

70.3 is a distance, also called Half Ironman. Athletes swim 1.2 miles, ride 56 miles and then run 13.1 miles for time. z

**********

Hi Kim & Z,
I hope you are both well. Augusta went very well.

The swim was with the current in the Savannah River, jumped off a dock to start (we usually run into the water), the bike was HILLY, downhill was fun. LOL - I need to practice shifting. But because of all of the shifting the time went very fast. The run was good too. My foot/calf did ok. It was flat and lots of people cheering you on.

It rained from the time I set up my gear 5:30am until I finished the race around 3:30pm - 4pm. It took me 7hrs 2 mins to finish which is about 15 minutes faster than the one I did in May.

Since I hadn't been able to run since March (except for 3 races) and didn't bike for 6 weeks between June & July, (I started training with minimal running and biking again in Aug.) I was happy with the results.

I attribute regaining the fitness so quickly to me starting on Advocare. There was a marked difference in how I felt at the end of this race compared to previous races. (The time I gained was at the end of the race with the run and I biked hard (for me) through the 56 miles of hills.)

But it was a good experience. I set a PR - so I'll get this calf / foot issue fixed, enjoy the 'off season' and then get ready for 2011 where I turn 50... WOOOO HOOOO..... and try to beat my 2010 PR.

I mean I WILL beat my 2010 PR.

Beth Howells uses Spark for 5K's

Beth has the long black socks on - obviously laying down the law!  z

******************************

It was my fifth 5k I ever did, and I before my race I took one spark and 3 Catalyst. I was full of energy with in 10 minutes and was on my way to the race. I warmed up for 15 minutes prior to the race and as soon as they said go I had a very unusually easy time running and passed almost everyone. I was going much faster than every one else, and it felt like they were all going in slow motion. I was doing it with little effort! I noticed this feeling was completely different than any other time I had raced. I did exceptionally well and placed third in my age group out of 2400 women! It was one of the fastest 5k times I have received! I can not see my self running another race with out a spark and catalyst. They truly make a difference in performance, and did not feel any side effects whatsoever. Completely natural, just more energy and alertness! I love Advocare products!
